The amendment measures and establishes primary dune locations no sooner than 18 months after a named storm; establishes conservation of existing lines as a policy of the state; allows application to state to repair a seawall after a named storm; and establishes the coastal development line at 2012 or 2017 location or by way of the state's appeals process.03.14.2018 The Senate Agriculture and Natural Resources Environmental subcommittee gave this bill a favorable report as amended.
